At sporting events, special occasions, fairs and markets, on-site massage can provide a restful and rejuvenating break. Packages can also be tailored and may include a programme of relaxation with gentle yoga stretches, breath work and guided relaxation, followed by chair or foot massage.
On site chair massage aims to provide an instant energy boost, reduction in stress and relief from tension and pain. Pressure points target key areas in the upper body to ease common sites of tension from prolonged
sitting and ongoing stress. Stretches enhance the massage and deepen postural awareness. The duration of the massage is tailored to the client’s schedule. It is usually between 10 – 30 minutes and can include the following areas according to time available: neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, head and where appropriate, the feet. No equipment or oils are required.
